As a key liaison between Thrive Consultant Group and Regional Centers (RC), local communities, school districts, vendor communities, and family resource centers, I am responsible for fostering meaningful relationships and partnerships that support individuals and families served by the RCs. My role involves proactive outreach, collaboration, technical assistance, and advocacy to enhance access to resources and opportunities for personal growth.

Additionally, I coordinate, develop, and lead inclusive trainings and workshops designed to build essential skills that promote independence, confidence, and empowerment for families, providers, and most importantly for the individuals served by the RCs. Through these efforts, I help create a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals can thrive and achieve their fullest potential.

In my free time, I enjoy spending quality moments with my family, whether it’s through meaningful conversations, hiking scenic trails, enjoying a musical, dancing our hearts out at a concert, or exploring new destinations during our yearly vacations. I also cherish time with loved ones around the dinner table, sharing stories, laughter, and home-cooked meals. Whether hiking in nature or cooking together, I find joy in creating lasting memories with the people who matter most.

What I enjoy most about my work is the opportunity to assist in being the change we want to see in the world. Through building meaningful relationships, providing support, and leading inclusive trainings, I am able to empower individuals, foster independence, and create a positive impact in the community. Seeing the growth and confidence of those we serve is truly fulfilling and reinforces my passion for making a difference. Working with Thrive I feel like we are really able to personalize and develop resources that make a difference, and it truly helps being able to work alongside such a fabulous team!
