Hi, I’m Danique! I am an Empowerment Specialist for Thrive Consultant Group where I support families, individuals with disabilities, and providers by sharing my experiences, knowledge, and resources through a variety of platforms. I frequently share my personal story during training sessions and in media resources. My role involves improving access to education, activities, personal support, and advocacy. I also work with teams inside and outside the organization to advance Thrive’s mission and vision, while supporting person-centered practices in everyday life.

I love working, going to school, spending time with my family, and dancing! I love going to Palm Springs and visiting the casino with my grandmother because she is my lucky charm! It seems like every time she is sitting next to me, I win!

My favorite part about working at Thrive is working with an amazing team, traveling, meeting new people, taking educational classes, and expanding my knowledge.
