CORTNEY LEACH
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Hi, I’m Cortney and I am thrilled to be part of the Thrive Consultant Group team. With over 20 years of experience designing, implementing, and leading ABA programs for children, adults, and families, my career has included director-level leadership, clinical supervision, and consulting with school districts, regional centers, and agencies to build sustainable behavior support systems, develop staff capacity, and ensure ethical, evidence-based interventions. I’m passionate about translating clinical expertise into practical, real-world solutions that make a meaningful difference for the people and teams I serve. In my role, as a BCBA Consultant, I’m grateful to collaborate on creating and refining policies, training programs, and curriculum that meet state guidelines and help our services reach the highest standard of quality. I thrive on blending my professional expertise with real-life experience to bring practical, compassionate solutions to every project I take on.
Outside of my professional work, I’m married and a proud mom of two daughters. I enjoy spending quality time with my family, working out, watching sports, dancing, and traveling when our schedules permit. Keeping that balance between my professional life and my personal life is really important to me as it keeps me grounded and connected to what matters most.
My favorite part about working at Thrive is being surrounded by a passionate, creative, and mission-driven team. I love that we’re all focused on building positive relationships, driving systems change, and creating real opportunities for individuals and families to thrive. It’s inspiring to be part of a group that truly cares and puts innovation and advocacy into action every day.
