As an Empowerment Specialist at Thrive Consultant Group I work hard to empower families, people with disabilities, and the provider
community by sharing my personal experiences, knowledge, information, and creating resources tailored to the people and communities we serve. I have had the opportunity to share my personal story on many occasions, specifically during trainings and in the media. I help Thrive discover how to create better access opportunities in learning, activities, personal supports, individualized services, and most importantly through advocacy. I collaborate with internal and external teams to help grow Thrive’s mission and vision.

I love music, sports (Go Dodgers!), and playing video games!
